Serafina comes to A Miner Miracle with ten years of non-profit event planning experience.She worked for MZA Events for nine years directing mass participatory fundraising events here in San Francisco, as well as across the country, working with such organizations as GMHC, APLA, AID Atlanta, the NYC Marathon and Bay to Breakers.As the Director of AIDS Walk San Francisco, she increased the event's revenue and reduced expenses amid declining corporate and community interest.Serafina has developed a passion for producing cost-efficient, spectacular events for non-profit organizations.After leaving MZA Events in 2005, she has been consulting with various organizations helping to produce signature events which seek to brand, enhance and empower the organization and associated cause while raising much needed funds.
