Chad Paiva

Chad Paiva heads up Greenspoon Marder's consumer and business bankruptcy practice, as well as debtor and creditors rights and collections. Paiva received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware and his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of The Florida Bar, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida and the U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
