    Initially, Brownfield's Court Appointed Special Advocates office will operate on a part-time basis: from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursdays at 202 W. Broadway, according to Amy Paiva, executive director of the Lubbock-based CASA of the South Plains organization.
