  Then, I came across Dr. Pacik's website. I was so excited to see that there was a facility in the U.S. that was offering botox for the vaginal muscle spasms. I called The Plastic Surgery Center and spoke to Gloria. She was very helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions.

  I was then taken to an exam room where Dr. Pacik spoke to me getting additional information. I was told that I would have an external examination onlyl. He attempted to examine me externally, but I was so nervous and anxious, I made it a little difficult for him to do.

  Dr. Pacik administered 40 injections of botox into my vaginal muscles. When I awoke from the anesthetic, I did not have any pain, just a mild discomfort similar to what you would feel after a long bike ride or a steady horse ride. I spoke with Dr. Pacik about follow-up care and then I was released. I believe it was about 1:45 when I left the office.

  I was so happy that I called Dr. Pacik and interrupted a Sunday dinner with his wife's family (bless his heart for being so patient with me!) and told him the good news. My husband had been out running errands and I called him and he rushed right home…delighted.
