Prior to joining us, Mr. Owings worked at Ernst & Young LLP, the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm, serving as a manager from January 2001 through September 2001 and as a senior auditor from October 1998 through January 2001 in the Assurance and Advisory Business Services group.
