Mastery of Subject: Raymond Ouellette is a principal with Ouellette Consulting.He is a California registered environmental assessor and has practiced environmental engineering for over 20 years.He worked in the consulting industry for Clayton Environmental Consultants Incorporated and Mittelhauser Corporation as manager of environmental services.In that capacity, he directed a staff of chemical, mechanical, and environmental engineers, chemists, toxicologists, and biologists.His specialty is hazardous waste compliance.Prior to getting into the consulting industry, Mr. Ouellette worked for Shell Western Exploration and Production in California.In this position he was responsible for addressing water and waste issues associated with the Shell Oil Company's petroleum operations located throughout California.Mr. Ouellette has a B.S. in chemistry and is and active member of A&WMA and the American Chemical Society.
