Penny Ouellette is a Lead Auditor and Quality Engineer at Orion Registrar.She has been a third party auditor since 1996, and a first and second party auditor since 1991.Previously, she worked in various quality and engineering positions in manufacturing, a steel foundry and a gold mine.Penny has B.S. degree in Metallurgical and Material Sciences Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and is an RAB Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor, an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer and a Certified Quality Auditor.

Nick is also responsible for the concept and design of the website in cooperation with the Rimrock Group, in Colorado Springs, the design and distribution of all of Orion�s marketing material (copy provided by Penny Ouellette), forms, and distribution of Accreditation Marks.

Penny Ouellette joined Orion in April of 2002.She is Orion�s Program Development Director.In addition to Program Development, Penny�s duties also include those of Lead Auditor, Internal Auditor, and Technical Writer.Her writing projects include Orion�s newsletter, website, and various other special projects.Penny has over ten years experience working as Lead Assessor for a registrar.Prior to that, she worked in various quality and engineering positions in manufacturing, a steel foundry and a gold mine.She is an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor and a Certified Quality Engineer.Penny graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a BS in Metallurgical and Material Sciences Engineering.She would enjoy hearing your comments, questions, and suggestions for topics to include in the newsletter.

In her free time, Penny enjoys spending time with her husband and her two daughters.She also enjoys travel, SCUBA diving and reading.
