Steve Otto is a strategic marketing and communications consultant helping clients to establish priorities and deliver their messages effectively. He has written advertising copy for print, radio, and television; written and edited scholarly material and textbooks; and helped to structure and execute communications plans for such clients as the University of Illinois Center for Advanced Study and the Committee on Institutional Cooperation, the academic consortium of "Big 10" universities.
