Graham Otter has over 25 years experience of IT management.Most recently he was the IT Director of Rio Tinto and prior to that the IT Director with British Steel.

Graham spent eight years working for Butler Cox.

Graham Otter was a founder member of CIO Connect and served on the Advisory Board during his previous role as CIO of Rio Tinto plc.As an Associate Director he works with CIO Connect and IMPACT clients to ensure that their needs are met.He also chairs CIO Connect events and regularly represents CIO Connect as a speaker at industry conferences and seminars.

Speakers will include Graham Otter , Head of Group IT , Rio Tinto and Donald Martin , Programme Manager of the Motor Insurers' Information Centre.
