Mr. Den Otter

Mr. Den Otter graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1992 and was admitted to practice law in the State of California that same year.After teaching English as a Second Language for two years and obtaining a Master's Degree in Political Science, he entered graduate school at UCLA, to pursue his Ph.D. in Political Science.At UCLA, in 1999, he won the award for Best Teaching Assistant in the department of Political Science.A year later, he won UCLA's campus-wide Luckmann Award for outstanding undergraduate teaching.In 2003 he finished his doctoral thesis in Political Theory at UCLA.Mr. Den Otter is also a university lecturer at California State University, Los Angeles, where he teaches Public Law as well as Legal Research and Writing.
