Sepulveda Boulevard resurfacing - Workers from the City's Bureau of Street Services will resurface Sepulveda Boulevard between Skirball Center Drive and the point where Sepulveda crosses under the 405 freeway starting Sept. 18. Work will be done only between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m., and portions of the roadway will remain open during construction. Completion is expected no later than Nov. 18.
