Jay Otey is Board Certified in Medicine NCCPA, with 25 years experience in state hospitals, ambulatory clinics, emergency rooms and primary care facilities throughout the country.Mr. Otey is a graduate of Duke University's Medical School Program.His clinical experience is in the areas of internal medicine, geriatric medicine and emergency medicine.Mr. Otey retired from the United States Coast Guard as a Medical Officer (LCDR) in 1999 after 25 years of service.He joined Anwan Medical Center in January 2004 as Clinical Director.
