Jones Lang LaSalle is maintaining its high end recruitment drive, bolstering the already very strong Industrial Division with leading operator Christopher Orr.

The appointment of Orr to the Jones Lang LaSalle team is seen as an industry coup, with Orr bringing some 13 years of property experience to the team, and specialist industrial sector expertise over the past five years specifically.

With former employer Knight Frank, Orr was involved in a number of major industrial sale and lease transactions across Brisbane for both institutional property owners and larger corporate occupiers.

Prior to his work with Knight Frank, Orr was a Property Analyst with leading national market strategy and research firm, Marketshare Pty Ltd and worked in London as Research and Fund Analyst on the industrially biased Bilsdale Pension Fund.

Jones Lang LaSalle's Director of Industrial, Steve de Nys, said the appointment of Orr to the team was a coup, and a great move forward after a strong year for the division.
