Lisa is currently national Director of Minority Attraction, Retention and Advancement for PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the largest professional services firm in the United States, with over 25,000 employees.

Lisa designs strategy, resources, training and tools to create a unique people experience, specifically tailored for the needs of diverse talent.
She also leads a team of local diversity leaders in the central U.S. who are responsible for executing PwC's diversity and inclusion strategy.
Prior to her national role, Lisa served as Dallas Diversity Leader for three years providing individualized coaching, mentoring and networking activities for employees in Dallas and eight other cities.
She facilitated the activities of the employee affinity groups such as the Diversity Circle, Women's Networking Circle, Working Parents Network and Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgendered (GLBT) Circle.
Lisa is a frequent speaker within PwC and on college campuses.
She has spoken at programs sponsored by the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce, American Institute of CPAs, Texas Society of CPAs, BPW (Business and Professional Women) National Conference, APEX-Asian Professional Exchange and The Bridge into the 21st Century Annual Diversity Conference.
Lisa earned her BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
She serves as the 2005-2006 Chair of the Texas Society of CPA's Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
She is a member of the Texas Diversity Leaders Consortium, ALPFA, NAASA, NABA and NSHMBA.
She is a volunteer with INROADS, American Cancer Society Relay for Life, March of Dimes, Girl Scouts, Dallas Arboretum and her church.
She resides in Dallas with her husband and young daughter.
