Dr Ong is multidisciplinary trained.
He received his basic studies in Singapore, and his university education in United Kingdom.
He has conducted extensive research and development in Australia where he obtained his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
He is professionally recognized and is Fellow of various professional institutions in United Kingdom and Australia.
Dr. Ong is the Founder of BPII - Chartered Network and Montessorian World International.
He began his career as a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Building Professional.
As an educator and entrepreneur, he formulated a Learning Initiative with a university to establish an education pathway for thousands to successfully complete their degree awards.
He was appointed as an Adjunct Professor of Curtin University, Western Australia for many years where he initiated various professional development programs for adult education.
He had also supervised and mentored numerous adult students in their academic and career advancement.
The methodological approach to excel includes character discipline and holistic endeavour for change.
In his global outreach, he mooted the Infocomm.SG Plan.
It is a Strategic Development and Integration Gateway to align members' services and competencies into one global network for learning and doing business.
He now shares his experience and insight on "Totality in Learning"; and shows its values and significance.
Both BPII Chartered Network and Montessorian World International are founded with this integrated contextual framework.
Dr Ong also believes in intellectual innovation to make the difference and to stay ahead.
He advocates the nurturing of visionary mindset and global mission for the good of all.
