Catherine Olson has been affiliated with Tomball College and the NHMCCD district since 1991.She served as reference librarian from 1991-1993 at Tomball College and has been teaching English here since 1998.She received as M.A. in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1990 and an M.L.I.S in library science from the University of Texas at Austin in 1985.Special areas of interest include British Romanticism and American Transcendentalism, along with Jewish American novelists.A mother of two small and beautiful girls (Emily and Juliana), Prof. Olson is perpetually busy--day and night--but always available and eager to help and listen to students.To reach her, call (281) 357-3776
