Andy came to Woodland Homes after working many years as a self-employed "punch man".He started with Woodland Homes in August 1999 as the Warranty Supervisor, and was promoted to Construction Manager in June 2000.Andy is currently responsible for construction of homes in the communities of Greystone and Jacobs Cove.

Andy was raised in White Plains, New York, and continues to be a die-hard Mets and Giants fan!He and his wife, Amy have three sons.

Most of all, thanks to our construction managers: Andy and Eric.

Our process started with Andy as our CM. Any time that we would call Andy, he would try to respond within 24 hours. Many times, any concerns that we had, he had already addressed.

This is when we met our Construction Manager Andy Olsen. Andy explained how the process would go and so on. Shortly after, he was transferred to Walden Subdivision which is when we met our new Construction Manager, Eric Gibbs This guy was Great! He was extremely efficient, honest, professional and most of all responsive.

Andy, our construction manager, had a huge job in coordinating the many tasks that were going on continuously, while taking every new homeowner's calls, researching the problems, and getting back with answers.

There were some situations created because you allowed us to personally customize our home--Andy was not stressed by these situations and was congenial and cooperative to our sub-contractors. Each and every contact has been professional--Andy is an asset to Woodland Homes.

I want to commend Andy Olsen on the excellent job he did for Geoff and Sally G in Jacobs Cove Subdivision. He worked hard to get their house completed on schedule and did an excellent job in coordinating his subs without sacrificing quality, all the while keeping focused on the G's needs and concerns. He and Johnnie Yell both work hard to give the kind of service today's busy buyers need ... and demand.
