Alison C. Olsen is of counsel to the law firm of Penland & Hartwell and represents condominium associations, homeowner associations, cooperatives, and commercial lenders in financial transactions.
She received her law degree from DePaul University, Chicago (1996) where she concentrated in commercial real estate transactions.
She obtained her undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in anthropology, art and Italian studies.
Prior to joining Penland & Hartwell, she was a partner with a commercial real estate law firm in Chicago where she represented lenders and associations in financial and real estate transactions.
Ms. Olsen is admitted to the Illinois State Bar and Northern District of Illinois.
