    Aanen R. Olsen serves as Associate Director of Project Management for Swig Burris Equities, LLC.In conjunction with the Director of Project Management, Mr. Olsen coordinates the planning, architectural and interior design, and engineering for all of the firm's properties.In addition, Mr. Olsen is directly involved in the construction administration of projects for new and existing tenants.

    As an architect, Mr. Olsen has experienced the entire building process from programming and site selection through construction and move-in.He has worked on many different types of building projects including the construction of resort communities, high-end residences, and recreation facilities as well as office and retail space.

    Prior to joining Swig Burris Equities, Mr. Olsen was employed as an architect at The Biber Partnership AIA where he was responsible for a wide range of projects including the Somerset Hills YMCA, and the headquarters for the Summit Medical Group.

    Prior to joining the The Biber Partnership, Mr. Olsen was an integral part of Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel Architects, a mid-sized architecture and interior design firm in New York City.During his time at GKV, he served as Project Architect for such notable projects as the flagship showroom for the Mercedes-Benz Manhattan on Park Avenue, the New York City Training and Conference Center for Adobe Systems Incorporated and the New York Headquarters for Federated Merchandising Group.In each project, he was responsible for the design as well as the field execution of the Construction Documents.

    Mr. Olsen holds a Master of Architecture degree from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture and a B.A in Architecture from Lehigh University where he graduated Cum Laude.Mr. Olsen has successfully completed the NCARB Intern Development Program and is in the process of taking the Architectural Registration Exams.

    In addition to his academic achievements, Mr. Olsen's work has been featured in the New York Times, Architectural Record, Design Culture Now, Columbia University Abstract, The Brown and White, and Lehigh Week.
