Dr. Oaks has had the pleasure of serving his community in Winchester for over 20 years.Because of his commitment to continuing education , he is able to offer his patients outstanding care , with state of the art technology , yet with the old-fashioned caring touch.

Dr. Oaks graduated from George Rogers Clark High.He is a graduate of Transylvania University and University of Louisville Dental School.Dr. Oaks has been providing dental care in Winchester for over 20 years.He is a member of the American Dental Association , Kentucky Dental Society and Bluegrass Dental Society.He is also a member of the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

The state requires dentist to take continuing education courses each year.Dr. Oaks take two or three times the amount required.This allows the current techniques in a rapidly changing field to be used in Winchester. he also is a member of a group from 5 states that meets monthly in Cincinnati for general discussion of dentistry.Dr. Oaks takes advanced training classes and takes the staff when appropriate. he feels the staff is the most important part of the practice.

Dr. Oaks worked for 12 years for the Chapter program at Clark County School that provided care for under privileged children.
