John U. O'SullivanSenior Investment Officer

John O'Sullivan is the Senior Investment Officer in charge of the West Team which has the primary responsibility for evaluating , negotiating and funding of first mortgages secured by income producing properties in the Mountain , Western and Northwestern regions of the country.

He joined the mortgage and real estate operations of John Hancock in 1969 , and was responsible for the administration of problem loans and investments until 1975 , when he joined the production staff.Mr. O'Sullivan has served as Team Leader for various production teams and has had experience in lending in all regions of the country.

Mr. O'Sullivan is a voting member of the Real Estate Committee for John Hancock Life Insurance Company and for John Hancock Real Estate Finance , Inc. ( JHREF ).He is also the Executive Vice President of JHREF and is responsible for coordinating daily operations of its six field offices.

Mr. O'Sullivan is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.He received his B.S. from the College of the Holy Cross , Worcester , MA.
