    John O'Sullivan is Managing Director of Thames Communications, a specialised consultancy in ICT business strategy, and chairs a number of related businesses.

    He was formerly Director Information Technology at BT, Industrial Advisor Telecoms at the UK Department of Trade and Industry, and Personnel and Resources Director at British Aerospace Military Aircraft.

    John was also Chairman of the Real Time Club, Secretary to the Alliance for Information Systems Skills, Programme Director of Action 2000 Skills Programme, and Project Director of the UK national BugBuster scheme.He is currently working with the new Sector Skills Councils on IT user skills.
