Interview for Fos.net MD, Jason O'Shea
Jason O'Shea's, MD of Fos.net, has his background is in selling computer systems, having spent fifteen years at Wildings where he held the position of area director.
Jason decided to set up his own company when he spotted the opportunity to provide a service to small businesses."I don't mean the IBM or Microsoft definition of small business, i.e. any company with up to 500 users, those are corporates as far as we're concerned.Where we felt there was a real need was amongst small companies (between 10 and 100 users) who needed technical expertise but couldn't justify the cost of having their own IT departments".
Jason brought with him 3 colleagues who together possessed the technical, commercial and back-office skills required to run a business. In July 1995 Future Office Solutions set up shop above a printing factory in Rainham, Essex.
