WILLIAM G. O'TOOLE was born in Chicago, Illinois on October 25, 1934.He was admitted to the bar for the State of Illinois in 1961 and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois in 1962.Education: University of Detroit (B.S., 1956); DePaul University (J.D. 1961).Mr. O'Toole is the President of Jaros, Tittle & O'Toole, Limited and is responsible for overall office management and supervision of commercial and residential foreclosures.He has almost thirty-five years of Mortgage Banking and Savings & Loan experience and additional expertise in probate, corporate, and real estate areas.Mr. O'Toole has served on the Lay Board of Trustees of DePaul University, the Board of Directors of Mercy Hospital, as President of the Southwest Bar Association and is currently a member of the American, Illinois, Chicago and Southwest Bar Associations.He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and the Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association.
