   Mr Vincent O'Rourke was reappointed to the Board on 8 August 2004.He is Chairperson of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
   
   He has spent over 40 years in the rail transport industry, 10 of which were as Chief Executive of Queensland Rail.Vince is Chairman of the Co-operative Research Centre for Rail Engineering and Technologies, the Great Australian Trunk Rail System and the Workplace Health and Safety Board of Queensland.
   
   He was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia in 2000 and a Centenary Medal in 2003 for services to the rail transport industry and Queensland Rail.
   
   Vince holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of New England.He is an Honorary Doctor of the Queensland University of Technology and Griffith University.
