  Timothy O'Rourke is President of the S2 Institute and Director of Protective Services for Critical Intervention Services ( CIS ) , which specializing in protective services for high threat and escalated environments.Under his care , CIS provides services for executives , professional athletes , corporations , political and celebrity figures that require a high level of expertise.
  
  Mr. O'Rourke graduated from Executive Security International as a Certified Protection Specialist and has received extensive training in the areas of advance/logistical management ; domestic/international threat analysis ; executive protection ; and workplace violence.
  
  Mr. O'Rourke has conducted over four-hundred protective operations throughout the world.He has coordinated and conducted some of the largest protective details in the private sector , for recognizable figures including : Senator Bob Dole , actor Steven Segal , news anchorwoman Paula Zahn , tennis pro Mirjana Lucic and civil rights leader Arch Bishop Desmond Tutu.

  The instructor for our class was Tim O'Rourke.Tim is a first-rate instructor with great shooting and teaching skills.He clearly states his objectives and goals.Tim was very clear in his desire to not create "signature" techniques for us to follow, but rather to take advantage of what might already be working for each student and only correct the problems.

  Tim ran the range with the kind of professional control that keeps things moving yet without danger to the students.
  
  At the end of the class the one thing all students seemed to be disapointed in was the lack of a follow-up class.Tim moved fast and covered an amazing amount of material in just two days.I do hope that he offers a part three to this program.
