   Hugh O'Rourke, Regional Director for Enterprise Ireland's South-East region has urged small companies in the area to apply to Enterprise Ireland for an Innovation Voucher worth ?5,000 before the closing date which is Monday April 30th 2007. The ?10m Innovation Voucher Initiative, launched by Minister for Enterprise, Trade & Employment Micheál Martin T.D. in March, is designed to assist small firms to access knowledge and expertise in the third level sector. Enterprise Ireland is managing the initiative and will allocate 200 vouchers worth ?5,000 each in this initial nationwide pilot phase. Encouraging small companies to apply, Hugh O'Rourke said:
