Gerard O'Rourke

Gerard O'Rourke has been elected Vice-Chair of the Intellectual Property Section of the Delaware State Bar Association.

The office includes two members*, George Pazuniak and Gerard O'Rourke, and four other lawyers -- associates James M. Lennon, Kevin M. Baird, and Stephen J. MacKenzie, and senior counsel Oleh V. Bilynsky.

Pazuniak was the chair and O'Rourke was the vice-chair of the Connolly Bove IP litigation group, of which all the other attorneys were also members.
