Ann M. O'Rourke joined Nellie Mae as corporate counsel in 1995.She is responsible for the management of Nellie Mae's legal affairs.In 1998, Ms. O'Rourke was also appointed Secretary of the Nellie Mae Foundation.Prior to joining Nellie Mae, Ms. O'Rourke practiced law for five years, primarily in the areas of corporate law and public finance, at the firm of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., Boston, Massachusetts.

Ms. O'Rourke received a B.A. in Classics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.She is admitted to practice in the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
