   Aidan O'Hogan is the Managing Director of CB Hamilton Osborne King. Aidan has been in practice since 1969 and joined the firm in 1978. Four years later he became a Director of the company. Aidan is a Chartered Surveyor and since 1974 has specialised principally in the Retail development and agency market, having been involved in a diverse range of retail developments throughout Ireland.
   
   RESPONSIBILITIES Aidan's role as Managing Director is to head up a very large team of highly qualified professionals. Aidan oversees all the business ventures made by CB Hamilton Osborne King. Aidan is accountable for all strategic decisions made by the Board, using a hands-on approach to ensure the implementation of such strategy. In this capacity Aidan is responsible for the strategic marketing of all schemes, co-ordinating and monitoring the implementation of instructions and acting in a principal reporting role with the client.
   
   PRIOR ASSIGNMENTS Aidan is the marketing mastermind behind some of the countries most high profile retail schemes to date including; the Jervis Street Shopping Centre, the Liffey Valley scheme and most recently Mahon Shopping Centre in Cork.
