Kathleen O'HerrenKathleen joined The Habitat Company Brokerage Division as Director of Marketing after many years in the publishing and advertising industry.Prior to joining Habitat, she was a Graphic Manager at one of Chicago's largest Real Estate Marketing and Advertising agencies.

A native of Indiana, Kathleen earned her degrees in Fashion Merchandising, and Journalism / Advertising, from the University of Texas at Arlington.She lived in Dallas for 12 years where she was a Sr.Art Director for a publishing company."My background in art direction, marketing and real estate has prepared me for the fast-paced nature of an in-house marketing department," said Kathleen."I enjoy working with many different personalities on a day to day basis," she added.

Real estate was a natural progression for Kathleen.She has been involved with real estate most of her life.Her family's business is residential and commercial development."Growing up in the building and real estate business, I've learned to appreciate all of the intricacies this industry has to offer," says Kathleen."My education, background and specialty training come full circle with my position at Habitat," she added.

Kathleen currently resides in Lakeview.She enjoys spending her free time with friends and family, playing euchre and flag-football, wine tasting, and traveling."One of my personal goals is to visit each of the seven continents.To date, I've visited five continents, with only Australia and Antarctica left to explore," says Kathleen.She also volunteers at The Bottomless Closet, an organization that provides clothing for low-income woman.
