Annie O'Flaherty worked in the nonprofit sector for over thirty years before joining The 9th Element Group as Chief Operating Officer.Her experience includes senior management and social work and was also an adjunct professor in The New School for Social Research's graduate program in Health Services Administration.A talented writer herself, Annie is a part of the International Women's Writing Guild, a non profit organization dedicated to supporting women writers.Each summer, she heads a weeklong writers' conference with over five hundred attendees.
