  ANNE O'DONOGHUE: If she applied as an offshore applicant, she would need to provide police clearances for countries that she's lived at for 12 months or more in the last 10 years.So if she'd lived in the US, she'd have to provide a US police clearance in relation to any criminal convictions she may or may not have had.
