Abigail NugentAbby recently joined the DAAT unit as the User Involvement Officer with a brief to create meaningful service user/parents and carers involvement in consultation and as peer support across County Durham.Consultation groups are linked in to and supported by Abby for regional meetings and forums.Abby is working towards setting up a Peer Support directory of well trained and informed ex service users and carers for consultations and strategy groups and a specifically designed peer-mentoring scheme.
