Drew Noyes is the son of Kathryn Noyes, childhood star in the Our Gang and Little Rascals comedy TV shows and author of the best selling book Jacob's Ladder and Irving Noyes, highly-decorated World War II hero Captain of warships in all five theatres of war and Commandeer of the Naval Fleet Landing Party in the Normandy Invasion.  Their son Drew Noyes is an international businessman with businesses in Thailand and the USA. He is a finaclai expert and has been a leader in the commodities, securities and real estate arenas in the United States on both Coasts. In 1998 he moved to Thailand. The Pattaya Today newspaper recently referred to Drew Noyes as "A True American Entrepreneur." Through leadership and participation in many civic organizations and contributions to charities, Drew Noyes has earned a stellar reputation. He is an advisor to many business people and Thai government officials. His 10 years experience in commercial and residential real estate, commercial and residential real estate financing, condominium development and financing, construction permitting and bidding and business development in Thailand qualify him as one of Thailand's leading experts on foreign investment. In 1998 he started P.A.P.P.A. (Pattaya Advertising, Promotion & Publishing Alliance) Company Limited, the largest Western advertising, promotion and publishing companies in Pattaya. Drew Noyes holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, is a registered journalist and is the author of the best selling book the Official Thailand Survival Guide. His company P.A.P.P.A.(PAPPA) Co., Ltd. is the official merchandising agent and sales operator for the Bangkok International Film Festival, Thailand's largest, annual International event. P.A.P.P.A. (PAPPA) Co., Ltd. is the publisher and exclusive distributor of the Official Maps of Pattaya and the Pattaya Business Telephone Book. Drew Noyes is a business expert invited to numerous Thai government seminars on the Foreign Business Act (FBA), the Condominium Act as Revised in 2008 and Thai visa, civil and commercial laws as they apply to foreigners in Thailand. Drew Noyes, with FBI clearance to trade in international financial markets through regulated securities, is thoroughly vetted and has high security clearance as he was invited to Thailand by Royal Proclamation during the Asian Financial Crisis of 1997. He is married with seven children.
