Chris is a 12-year veteran of print and Web media, radio and television.
His work in the field of sports journalism includes on-site reporting at two Atlantic Coast Conference men's basketball tournaments, the 1997 national spelling bee and the Blue Ridge Classic Soap Box Derby in Waynesboro, Va.
He has covered two presidents - Bill Clinton and George W. Bush - in addition to conducting numerous one-on-one interviews with former Virginia governors George Allen, Jim Gilmore and Mark Warner, current governor Tim Kaine and a host of other newsmakers in Richmond and on Capitol Hill.
Chris is owner and publisher of The New Dominion and host of "Virginia Viewpoints," a monthly television program on WVPT-Virginia's Public Television.
He has also published two books, Stop the Presses, a humor column collection, and Judge Not, a political thriller.He also co-authored with Patrick Hite Mad About U: Four Decades of Basketball at University Hall.It was released in September 2006.
Chris is the co-host and associate producer of the "ACC Nation" radio show/podcast.He also contributes articles and opinion pieces regularly to accnation.com.
