When retuning to the UK in 2002, from three years of traveling around Australia, Asia and Europe, Simon pursued a career in recruitment. He started this profession by working in Leicester for a well-established, national firm in the industrial market. Simon then made a move to Manchester in January 2005 to work for a major blue-chip public sector recruitment firm specialising in interim building surveying.
