Randy Nordquist is the Global Claim Leader for GE ERC Global P&C Re, one of the three businesses that make up the ERC Group.Randy was named to this role in April 2002.He joined ERC in 1990 and has assumed a variety of roles as an Underwriter and Underwriter Manager before moving to the Claims side.He also spent time as a Black Belt in the ERC Six Sigma Quality area.

As Claim Leader, Randy is responsible for making sure customer needs are met and the global process is consistent.He was part of the restructuring of the claims team into a global claims team.This allowed utilization of expertise around the world and a unified approach to claims handling process.

Randy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota and his Masters of Business Administration from Baker University in Baldwin City, Kansas.Nordquist, a native of South Dakota began his career on the primary insurance side in underwriting and spent time working for a small mutual carrier before moving to Royal Insurance Company and then joined ERC.
