Lane NordquistMr. Nordquist is a Vice President serving as the Regional Chief Appraiser for the New England region of Sovereign Bank.He assisted in establishing the Real Estate Appraisal and Environmental Risk Management function at Sovereign Bank in March of 2000, as mandated by the Office of Thrift Supervision, a regulatory agency with oversight of the Savings and Loan Industry.He has been in the real estate appraisal industry for over 25 years and is a State Certified appraiser in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.He also serves as a Trustee of the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers.
In addition, he has coached in the Beverly Girls Softball League over the past four years, has taught 8th grade Sunday school for the past five years and recently completed his first marathon.
Mr. Nordquist lives in Beverly with his wife Ellen and daughter Alexandra and attends St. Vasilios Greek Orthodox Church in Peabody.
