Todd then signed a copy of the menu for Gympie's Michael Nolan, praising him for producing a quality cut of meat. Jenny presented the signed menu to Michael, who was delighted that his family's product had been recognised in such a popular light.

Michael Nolan is a Director of Nolan Meats Pty Ltd, a Gympie based meat processing company. The business employs around 300 people in a range of roles from cattle feedlotting through to sales of beef and other products to domestic and export markets. Michael is married to Robyn and has three grown daughters. He is a past president and current member of the Rotary Club of Gympie and a member of The Gympie Show Society. When time is managed well, playing music, going camping, watching rugby league and following horse racing are on the list of things he likes to do.
