   Jeff joined the GSP staff in November 2003, as a contract specialist and community liaison. Bringing with him a strong knowledge of governmental operations, Jeff's primary focus is on client accounts in Charles, Calvert and St. Mary's Counties. Although new to GSP employment rolls, Jeff's professionalism, interpersonal skills, tenacity, and experience in economic development and community relations, have already net him an impressive list of clients. An active member of the community, Jeff is past President of Habitant for Humanity, Prince George's County; Leadership Prince George's; and has served on the Board of the Family Services Foundation.
