A Bullitt Circuit Court judge Monday denied shock probation for Walter W. Nix Jr., who was sentenced in March to five years in prison for strip-searching and sexually abusing a teenage worker at the Mount Washington McDonald's in April 2004.

The ex-boyfriend of a former McDonald's manager, Walter W. Nix Jr., was sentenced in March to five years in prison for sexually abusing a teenage girl at the restaurant where he worked in 2004.

Nix, dressed in an orange Bullitt County Jail inmate uniform, testified that he didn't know who was on the other end of the phone, but thought it was someone from the McDonald's corporate offices and simply took instructions from them.Nix told jurors he didn't question what he was being told to do.

The woman testified that the store's assistant manager, Donna Summers, turned the phone over to her then-boyfriend, Walter Nix Jr., and asked her to watch the worker.She told the jury that she was spanked and ordered to perform oral sex on Nix.

Walter Nix and his fiance, a former McDonald's manager have already pleaded guilty in this case.
