    Mr. Nirenstein brings more than 12 years of legal experience to his position as NRG's Managing Member.He is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the firm's case load and business operations.In addition to his business management role, Mr. Nirenstein assists other NRG attorneys with strategic counsel in unique and complex cases.

    Prior to founding NRG, Mr. Nirenstein served as managing attorney of a multi-state family law firm in its Phoenix-based office.Prior to that time, he served as an associate and litigation attorney at one of the top domestic relations and family law practices in New York City . Mr. Nirenstein began his legal career as a litigation associate with Wilson , Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman, & Dicker, a commercial litigation firm with over 300 attorneys nationwide, specializing in all aspects of commercial litigation.

    During his tenure in New York City , Mr. Nirenstein has served as counsel on many high-profile, complex domestic relations family law cases throughout the country.He has worked closely with the President of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and has dealt extensively with complex property distribution matters and the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Enforcement Act which determines court jurisdiction in custody disputes that cross state lines.

    Active in the Phoenix community, Mr. Nirenstein is a member of Social Venture Partners of Arizona, a nonprofit, volunteer driven organization dedicated to nurturing innovative corporate solutions to children's and educational organizations, and contributes his time as pro bono counsel to many worthy programs including, the Family Lawyers Assistance and Volunteer Lawyers Program, both in Phoenix.

    Mr. Nirenstein is admitted to practice law in Arizona , New York and Connecticut , and is licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court in Washington, D.C.Mr. Nirenstein received his bachelor's degree in psychology from Hofstra University in Hempstead, N.Y., and his law degree from the University of South Carolina.
