Dr. Paramasivam is the head of the Structural and Construction Engineering Division at the University of Singapore as well as being invoved professionally in many ferrocement construction projects in Singapore, Dr. Lilia Austriaco is the manager of the Information Resources Centers at the A.I.T. and also the driving force behind the I.F.I.C. and the ferrocement programs at the A.I.T., Dr. Nimityongskul is the Program Coordinator of the Structural Engineering and Construction Program in the School of Civil Engineering at the A.I.T. and Dr. Naveed is the general manager of the Asian Center for Engineering Computations and Software - School of Civil Engineering at the A.I.T. Not only do these people have a great deal of education in common, they all share a passion for ferrocement and teaching others about it.
