Ms. Nikas has over 10 years experience in customer relationship management, customer segmentation, campaign management, data mining, marketing automation, and customer centric data warehouse strategies and implementations as a consultant for companies such as IBM Business Consulting Services, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), and Integrated Decisions and Systems.Ms. Nikas has led large-scale client implementations for financial services, retail and telecommunications companies that involved marketing database installations, campaign management systems, complex direct marketing and risk management programs, predictive modeling projects and data quality initiatives as well as technical design for customer centric data warehousing and operational data stores.
