Dr. Alexei Nikandrov

Dr. Alexei Nikandrov, Director, Server Development group About 20 years of experience in different positions involving R&D for GPS data processing and software development methodology as well as industrial experience on GPS receiver development for avionics and mass market.Dr. Nikandrov received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Russian Institute of Radionavigation and Time in 1994.He is the author of several courses on software development for safety critical systems.
