Raymond Nichols, chairman and CEO, was the auctioneer. At the end of the action, the winning bidder at $1.3 million was Sandy Springs Bank of Olney, the lender to Cornerstone Enterprises LLC.

"We will take individual offers and hold those in reserve and then entirety bids," Nichols said as the auction process began.

Nichols, the auctioneer, started bidding at $1.5 million, then called a recess when the price had reached $2 million. He acknowledged after the auction that Sandy Spring made the most bids.

INDIANAPOLIS - Auction Broadcasting Company (ABC), LLC, expands its presence in Florida with the acquisition of the Fort Pierce Auction from BSC America, announced Michael Hockett, CEO of ABC and Raymond Nichols, BSC CEO.
