    Former Chair of Seyfarth Shaw's Government Contracts Practice Returns to Practice

( July 29, 2004 ) , Thelen Reid & Priest LLP announced today the addition of Stuart Nibley as a partner in its Construction and Government Contracts Department.Mr. Nibley is a nationally recognized expert in government contracting matters and has extensive experience representing major companies in dealings with Federal and state agencies, both defense and civilian, and in international arbitrations.

    Mr. Nibley's new position at Thelen Reid marks his return to the practice of law in Washington , D.C. , after teaching and coaching for two years at The Landon School in Bethesda , Md. , which three of his four sons currently attend.Prior to his sabbatical at The Landon School, Mr. Nibley was a partner and chairman of the Government, Commercial and International Contracts Practice Group at Seyfarth Shaw in Washington , D.C.
