Linda Nguyen is an associate in our litigation department, with a focus on labour and employment law as well as commercial litigation.

Linda has advised corporations and individuals on wrongful dismissal actions, human rights issues, and privacy concerns.She also has experience in judicial reviews of administrative decisions.

Linda has appeared at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as before a number of administrative tribunals including the Human Rights Tribunal.

Prior to attending law school, Linda obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and worked in the accounting field.

Linda is currently an executive member of the Civil Litigation Subsection, and is also a member of the Labour Law, Employment Law and Human Rights Subsections of the Canadian Bar Association.
