   Prior to co-founding Oasis Capital Partners, Mr. Nembhard was a Principal/Senior Vice President at LM Capital where he helped to raise and manage a $45 million private equity fund making investments in middle market (revenues: $20-150 million) companies.He served as the point-person for marketing that fund to institutional investors.Mr. Nembhard joined LM Capital from M. R. Beal & Company, a boutique investment banking firm, where he was Senior Vice President and head of corporate finance.From 1981-1987, Mr. Nembhard was with the Chemical New York Corp. (now renamed Chase Corp.) as a Vice President/Group Head in the bank's Finance Division.His experience also includes six years as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and Data Resources, Inc.
   
   Mr. Nembhard holds a BS degree in Combined Sciences (Mathematics & Physics) from Yale University and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
